Nominator's project description
| Professor Tsoukalas is well-known internationally for his outstanding research in the area of Computational Intelligence. He has made important contributions to the development of neurofuzzy methodologies and anticipatory intelligent systems as well as to the application of the above to energy systems, diagnostics and control. During his stay in Germany, he intends to elaborate on intelligent technologies to make the supply and use of energy safer, smarter, and more economical. |
